Starting Break with a Trip to the Zoo!

February break is in full swing! To kick off the weekend and break, my love and I went to Buffalo to stay with our good friend Mikey. I was a little hesitant about going at first because I had been craving a nice lazy Saturday at home. However, Brian asked me if I would want to go to the Buffalo Zoo on Sunday after we leave Mikey's house. His bribing worked and I instantly said yes! He is so clever. 

We arrived at the zoo around noon and it was chilly but the sun was shining! I absolutely LOVE going to the zoo during the winter time because I always feel that the animals are way more active and there aren't a lot of people there. Boy was I right. I could hear the sea lions barking away before we even entered the gate. It was a wonderful Sunday and I can't wait to go back again!
